Cats and dogs are welcome! We do not have a pet weight limit, but there is a maximum of two pets allowed per apartment home. Our one-time non-refundable pet fee is $350 for one pet and $500 for two pets, and there is an additional $25 per pet added to the monthly rent. Aggressive breeds are prohibited.

Is there a limit to the number of cars I can park in the community parking? Is there a fee for parking?

All applicants must provide proof of income and will be screened for both credit history and criminal background by our third-party applicant screening agency.
